Penthouse apartment project near historic Delfshaven
Introduction
In this beautifully renovated apartment in Rotterdam, we installed our Invisible Airco solution – without the need for an outdoor unit. The client’s wish was clear: to enjoy a comfortable indoor climate without visible installations, perfectly in line with the refined interior design.
Working closely with the interior designer, we ensured the system was seamlessly integrated into the living space. The air conditioning units are hidden behind custom-designed grilles, discreetly built into the furniture and finished to match the dark wood and sleek lines of the interior. Where visibility was unavoidable, the units were carefully styled and positioned with attention to detail, ensuring they complement the overall aesthetic.
Early collaboration with the contractor and design team made it possible to conceal all pipework completely. The result is a whisper-quiet, visually unobtrusive climate system that merges effortlessly into its surroundings.

Our solution
The central unit is installed in the utility room. It’s connected to three indoor units.
In the living room, the duct indoor unit is subtly concealed above the custom-made cabinet behind a stylish grille, allowing it to blend seamlessly into the interior. In the home office that is connected with the living room a high wall mount unit is used to treat this area of the apartment. In the bedroom, we opted for an elegant high wall mount unit that cools efficiently and complements the aesthetics of the space. This configuration combines optimal comfort with a seamless finish.
